Kids and Teenagers participate and win $2,500

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 16, 2011 - Mor Furniture for Less is hosting an online contest in which kids and teenagers may participate for a chance to win $2,500 for their school, team or student group, plus $1,000 for themselves to spend at Mor Kids & Teens furniture stores.

On September 6, 2011, the Mor Kids & Teens Back-2-School Video Contest commenced, allowing contest entries to be submitted online. To enter the contest, participants must create an original and unique 30 – 60 second video commercial about Mor Kids & Teens furniture stores. Any kid or teenager may enter and the winning entry will be chosen by online voting.

Contest entries and voting may be done on the Mor Furniture for Less website at http://www.morfurniture.com/ or on Mor Furniture for Less's Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/MorFurniture.

The closing date for entries is October 6, 2011. Voting on contest entries will begin October 7, and last through October 31, 2011.

Contest entries may be shared on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, E-mail and a variety of other channels, so that contest participants can promote their video. The contest entry with the most votes on November 1, 2011, will receive $2,500 payable to the winner's school, team or student group, in addition to $1,000 to spend at Mor Kids & Teens furniture stores. With many school and extra-curricular activity budgets shrinking recently, a $2,500 cash prize would be a welcome reward.

To participate, entries must be original video content, suitable for YouTube and does not infringe upon any copyrights. Video must be uploaded to YouTube, conforming to all YouTube guidelines and restrictions, and then linked by a registered contest user at http://back2school.morfurniture.com/ or http://www.facebook.com/MorFurniture.
